6 Week Girls Sports Conditioning Camp

Whether your child plays volleyball, basketball, soccer, softball, hockey, track, or any other sport, this program is designed to help young female athletes build a stronger, faster, and more resilient body for competition.
Over six weeks, athletes will focus on:
• Building total-body strength and power
• Improving speed, agility, and quickness
• Developing balance, coordination, and athletic movement
• Increasing endurance and conditioning
• Reducing injury risk through proper movement and strength training
• Building confidence both on and off the field, court, or ice
Each session is led in a supportive, encouraging environment with a certified instructor where athletes of all experience levels can learn proper training techniques while challenging themselves to improve.

Program Schedule:
Ages 11-13 Group Schedule
📅 Mondays & Wednesdays | 9:00 AM
Ages 14-16 Group Schedule
📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays | 9:00 AM

• 12 x 1hr Sessions at CounterBalance, a 10,000 square foot sport-specific training facility
• App access to follow program design workouts and video reminder tutorials)
