Youth Small Group Training
Building confidence, coordination, and healthy habits starts early! This small group training program is designed to introduce youth ages 10–13 to fun, functional fitness in a safe, supportive environment.
Led by Julia Pye, Certified Kinesiologist and Trainer, this 4-week series helps young athletes (and active kids) improve strength, balance, body awareness, and overall fitness — while keeping things positive and age-appropriate.
What’s Included:
🏃 8 interactive training sessions in a small group (max 5–6 participants)
🏃 Individualized coaching and skill development for all fitness levels
🏃 Access to our custom training app to encourage healthy movement habits at home
🏃 A fun and welcoming space where kids can build confidence and learn proper technique
This program goes beyond exercise — it encourages resilience, teamwork, and self-belief, all while helping kids move better and feel stronger.
Cost:
$25 + tax per session
+$10 one-time app access fee
