Membership Sign-Up and Fees:

Facility Security Access Fee:

•  $25  (one time fee) for new sign-ups.

Gym App Fee:

• $10 (see details below for membership breakdown)

• 1 Day Membership - No App Fee

• 2 Week Membership - App Fee paid once per annual cycle (if short term memberships are consistently renewed)

• 1 Month Membership - App Fee paid once per annual cycle (if short term memberships are consistently renewed)

• 3, 6, 12 Month Long Term Memberships - App Fee is paid per renewal.

Gym Maintenance Fee:

• $35 paid once per annual cycle (see details below)

• Applies only to 6 and 12 month longest term memberships.

 

Personal Identification Proof Requirements:

CounterBalance is an after-hours age restricted business due to insurance requirements. New members must present a government ID and have a physical credit card or method of payment on hand to complete the sign-up at front desk. Apple Pay and tap methods of payment can not be used for initial sign ups.

 

Security Access:

Fingerprints and membership barcodes must be scanned at our entrance for each member in attendance after membership purchase.

A Note About U18 Gym  Membership and Personal Training Agreement Sign ups:

Due to changes in our insurance regulations, youth under the age of 18 MUST have a parental consent form signed and guardians MUST co-sign ALL agreements along with the youth at our front desk at the time of sign ups.  Youth 14 and older are permitted to train alone during staffed hours. Youth  under the age of 14 must train with a guardian present and only during staffed hours.

Turn Around Time:  Two business days from the time email requests or required documentation are received.

What is Required: The member must provide their agreement number (members can contact CBalance front desk for their agreement number). If the agreement number is unavailable, the ABC Customer Care team will help find it. The member must also verify demographic information from their account.
