Facility Fingerprint Security Access Fee:

•  $35.00+tx included in the initial sign-up, one time only​

RhinoFit Hub App (check-in barcode, payment tracking, and more):

• $10.00+tx (see details below for membership breakdown)

  • 2 Week Membership - App Fee paid once per annual cycle (if short term memberships are consistently renewed)

  • 1 Month Membership - App Fee paid once per annual cycle (if short term memberships are consistently renewed)

  • 3, 6, 12 Month Long Term Memberships - App Fee is paid per renewal.​

Gym Maintenance Fee (maintenance and replacements due to wear & tear):

• $35.00 paid once per annual cycle

• Applies only to 6 and 12 month longest term memberships.

 

Personal Identification Proof Requirements:

CounterBalance is an after-hours age restricted business due to insurance requirements. Members must consent to a Identification Photograph, as required by insurance regulations. 

 

Security Access Check-In Process:

Fingerprints and Membership Barcodes must be scanned at our entrance for each member entering our facility to ensure accurate security logs in case of emergencies.

U18 Memberships:

Youth under the age of 18 MUST have a parental consent form signed and guardians MUST co-sign ALL agreements along with the youth at our front desk at the time of sign ups. 

 

Ages 14-17 are permitted to train alone during staffed hours. U14 must train with a guardian present and only during staffed hours.​​

Please Note: Long term recurring memberships require 30 day cancellation notifications in order to cancel agreements after the agreement obligation fulfillment date.
