Technique Small Group Training

If you're ready to start your fitness journey but feel unsure of where or how to begin — this program is made for you.

Our Ladies Beginner Training Group is a supportive, non-intimidating space designed to help women learn the fundamentals of strength training while building confidence and healthy habits that last.

Led by Julia Pye, Certified Trainer and Kinesiologist, this 4-week program will guide you through safe, effective workouts that are tailored to your starting point. No experience required — just a willingness to show up and grow stronger, one session at a time.

What You’ll Gain:

💪 Proper technique and body mechanics
💪 Safe, functional strength training principles
💪 Improved confidence, posture, and body awareness
💪 Personalized coaching in a small group of up to 6 women

Program Details:

  • Duration: 4 weeks (2 sessions per week)

  • Cost: $210.00 + tax

  • Includes: Certified group instruction + full access to your program in the CBalanceTraining App

  • No gym membership required

  • Women only | Max 6 participants
