Infrared sauna therapy has been shown to provide several health benefits supported by scientific research:

Our sauna use is for CounterBalance gym members, Wellness Studio clients and also the general public. A complimentary spa towel, robe and slipper service is provided per person for each session.

Drinking water before and after an Infrared Sauna session is advised to remain hydrated - bottled water is available for purchase at front desk, as well as an available refill fountain for reusable bottles.

Crafted in Ontario our 4-person sauna features Canadian Hemlock wood and Canadian sourced materials. Additionally, it boasts ultra-low EMF emissions, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our clients.
