Nu-Mommy Fitness Small Group Training
Motherhood changes everything — including how your body moves and feels. This small group fitness series is designed to help new moms safely return to movement, gain strength, and feel supported every step of the way.
Led by Julia Pye, Kinesiologist and Certified Trainer, this 4-week program focuses on realistic, gentle, and effective training for your post-baby body — without judgment and with lots of encouragement.
What’s Included:
🌿 8 guided small-group workouts with only 5–6 moms per group. Babies of non-walking age are welcome.
🌿 Personalized coaching to build pelvic floor and total body strength with modifications to suit your needs
🌿 Full access to your training plan through our CBalanceTraining app
🌿 A warm, welcoming space to move, reconnect, and recharge with a baby changing station within the facilty

Cost:
$25 + tax per session +$10 one-time app fee
