Orientation Programs
Level 1 & 2

Our Orientation Programming* is ideal for new gym-goers seeking assistance with gaining confidence navigating the gym environment, using equipment, mastering proper techniques, and learning gym etiquette.

 

Level 1 must first be completed before members can embark on Level 2 programming.

 

​You’ll start with Level 1, a 1 day total body program designed to be completed 2-3 times a week to help you focus on technique and condition the body.

After completing Level 1, you can progress to Level 2. This is a more advanced 2 day split routine that targets different muscle groups on separate days.​ Ideally each day is to be completed twice each week for 4 days of resistance training throughout the week. You will learn more variety and difficulty of exercises and technique in this plan.

Included:

  • 1 Small Group Personal Training session instructed by one our Certified Personal Trainers

  • 30 day access to your enrolled Orientation Program on our app which includes scheduled resistance training, cardio, as well as body stats, pictures and measurements at the beginning and the end of your training phase to monitor your progress
