Posture & Gait Analysis

Let's get started!

  1. Please  upload static standing pictures in the angles as indicated below on the form. Be sure you can see your entire body in the pictures.

  2. Please study the overhead squat video. Be sure to hold your arms as high overhead and as straight as possible for videoing your overhead squat pattern submissions. Be sure you can see your entire body in the videos.

  3. Please perform the overhead squat  for 6 reps for each video angle, upload your videos for each angle and press 'submit' once all are uploaded.
