MELT

 

MELT away those inches with a training schedule that includes: an in-depth nutrition review and diet counseling, an intense progress monitoring system, body fat analysis, high calorie burning & basal metabolically enhancing resistance and cardiovascular programming. Our fat stripping covers all bases (we leave no stone unturned) and is progressive in design, based upon your body’s individual needs. This program is modeled after physique transformation fat stripping methods, while retaining as much lean muscle mass possible. MELT is the most specific plan of its kind and will get you to a weight and physical look that is great for you, at a rate and in a style that will allow you to maintain it. This program is 5 or 10 (most 10) weeks in duration and includes the following:

-1  Initial Consultation

- 1 Initial Fitness Testing/Posture & Gait Appraisal

-1 Nutrition Counseling & Diet Design (continuous monitoring and adjustments)

- 10 (5 week) or 20 (10 week) Personal Training Sessions

- Weekly Progress Assessments for accountability (body fat testing, weigh-ins and girth measurements) Weekly progress pictures are highly encouraged.

 

The art of physique training is a meticulous numbers game and highly individualized. Building strict lean mass without adding addition body fat requires a lot of timed planning to yield exceptional results from a nutritional and training standpoint. Our experienced Trainers can give you all of the tools you need to get you set for the biggest gains yet. Included is dietary advice/planning, progressive training programming, a body fat monitoring system to obtain and maintain as much lean muscle mass as physically possible!

Functional Conditioning
 

Enhance your body's output from increasing your 1 rep max (strength), to achieving better balance through functional and core-based conditioning. This program is 5 or 10 weeks in duration and includes the following:- 1 Initial Consultation- 1 Initial Fitness Testing/Posture & Gait Appraisal- 1 Nutrition Counseling & Diet Design (continuous monitoring and adjustments)- 10 (5 week) or 20 (10 week) Personal Training Sessions - Includes progressive programming based upon the latest program design science.

 

Occupation-Specific

Improve your level fitness performance in preparation for occupational-specific testing and upgrading. Included is customized programming designed to enhance your body's output for specific demands of physical tests like the PARE and other types of occupational testing.

 

This package includes:
- 1  Initial Consultation
- 1 Fitness Appraisal
- 20 (10 week) Personal Training Sessions
- Progressive program design and training implemented catering to the testing demands of the occupation.

Improve your VO2 Max and cardio abilities with our cardio booster programming. Included is a Heart Rate Monitor, a Fitness assessment (including VO2 max/ HR Response/cardio-respiratory fitness estimate), and customized intensive progressive cardiovascular programming and design. 6 week programming
- 1 Initial Consultation
- 1 Initial Fitness Testing for VO2 Max Assessment
- 5  or 10 sessions (5 week) 1 -2 times per week with your Trainer

Post - Rehabilitation

Post-Rehab is a necessary part of working the body back to a state of natural alignment and muscular balance. Injuries, pain or structural problems create long-term imbalance with a body making it more susceptible to further pain and injury. Our goal during your post-rehabilitation is to return you to your prior level of physical function. This includes successful return to your work, recreational activities, and competitive sports.Our Trainers provide one-on-one treatment sessions to closely monitor your progress and will advance you according to your response as well as your therapist’s or physician’s recommendations. We maintain regular communication with your medical professionals to ensure your progress matches the rate of healing so that your recovery is optimal.
