Group Personal Training Program Registrations

Group Personal Training specializes in training individuals in specified groups with similar instruction as found in our Private Personal Training options. Each group runs the span of 6 weeks, meeting 2 times per week (12 sessions) and focuses on periodized programming phases to keep the body in constant adaptation, nutrition education, and work to be accomplished weekly outside of session. Our client acceptance is on a first come, first serve basis. We admit clients until we reach max group capacity (6-8 individuals for small group or 12-16 participants) per group. Registration forms and clearance info is available here for download to forward to the appropriate Trainer for pre-screening and admittance to our programs. Registrations will be announced regularly on this page, so check back often and on our FaceBook Business Page!

This is an all-male training group. Looking for serious results? Learn to train to the max with Personal Trainer, Peter LeDrew!

~Resistance training programming.

~Cardio programming and development.

~Nutrition Info.

~Weekly Trainer coaching for individual goal success.

~Facility Safety.

CO-ED BOOTCAMP - LARGE GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

This program is a CO-ED personal training group suitable for new gym members of all ages. Want to get into the best shape of your life, have fun and learn the gym ropes??? Our CounterBalance Trainer, Scott Armstrong, will lead you to your ultimate fitness dreams!
